1 week from surgery, lost 10lbs on my pre-op diet. Found that I like powdered peanut butter in my chocolate shake. Also found that I like frozen blueberries in my vanilla shake.
Can't wait - want this done, so I can get on with the rest of my life.

Congrats hon. Those frozen blueberries are great antioxidants! I've got to try the powdered PB, heard so much, seen it a lot in the store, and just don't bother buying it. Guess I will next time. Blessing to you on your surgery! Keep us updated. I love to read the statuses of everyone who post it in the statuses bar. Otherwise it gets a bit crowded in the forums. Just my opinion. So anyway, forgive my rambling. I should get in bed. Again, congrats!!!
