Started at 280 pounds & I am 5'5" tall

Surgery was September 10th 2010

Profile pic was taken June 1st 2011 and I weighed 187 pounds.. that's almost 100 lbs gone in 9 months!!!

Doc wants me down to 156, so still got 30+ pounds to go... should have that off here in the next couple months.

I've averaged a weight loss of between 5 lbs & 13 lbs a month since surgery.

I don't regret anything about getting surgery.. I have embraced the changes in my life & eating habbits. I feel great!
