  1. I didn't. I replied to you in the thread from last night. I only lost 45lbs within that time. Onederland is when you're below 200lbs, not 100lbs lost.

  2. Oddly excited/worried about upping my calories again. Hoooray.

  3. I've learned to take the scale with a grain of salt -- ate less this week, worked out more and the scale was up 2lbs! But..my size 2s are getting loose. Considering losing the scale altogether, haha.

  4. Was eating my banana bread today -- guy who works with me asked if i was falling off the wagon..I gladly said NOPE! Love being able to eat good food without the fear of gaining. :D

  17. It depends on your restriction level. I've eaten it a few times and been fine.

  22. Went to the store today..hello size 2!!! Holy crap :) Revised my goal to 125lbs, will reassess when I get there :)! Ecstatic.

  23. Reminded today by my nephew that I used to be fat. My heart sank hearing that. Why? Dunno! :(
