People eat hot dogs you just have to eat is slowly and take tiny bites and chew chew chew. I do not know when you were banded so i can not tell you if you are ok to eat Hot dogs. I have the band 3 yrs. I still have about 25 lbs to lose. I have done well. So for mothers day i went to my mother in laws(yes I am a good daughter in law.) She made sure i knew she had salad stuff, Cause everyone losing weight must eat salad. Grrrrr, salad doesn't always go well thats why i eat it at home only. Anyway she says to me when are you going to get that apparatus taken out? huh i say. There is no reason unless there is trouble. She said can it be moved down. Down for what. What the heck is she talking about. Then I hear her say don't you think it is time for you to start working on those arms of yours. I then try and explain to her that there is no such thing as spot training and after working out in the gym doing cardio till i wanna drop, weights, etc why didn't i think of that. I explained to her i was told there is only one way to get rid of it and it is called surgery!! After three yrs i am tired of trying to explain these things. To those of you who will say to me well people don't understand or know, really this is my rant. This was all explained to her over and over again. Is that how one should be spoken to on Mother's Day i say NOOOO. Just a bit pissed off! Wendy

Sounds like my husband. I cook the same meals for all, they just eat more than I do. Some things i cook they won't eat like quinoa for them i make rice and if i am doing stir fry i just put everything together except quinoa and rice they are in separate bowls and everyone can choose. It also depends on what stage you are up too.

I went shopping today for a skirt. Bought 3. I got to the register and one of the price tags were missing. The cashier said she had to get another one and showed me. She said not to worry cause it was a regular not a plus size. Cause as she pointed out to me plus sizes cost more(duh). She was explaining it to me like i wouldn't know and never bought plus size.
