hey hun and thanks um let see i'm almost 10 months out um the frist month i lost 35 pounds and then it was about 16 pounds for a while sometimes eleven it depend on the month and what my body decided to. um i'm still average about 10 to eight pounds a month i'm hoping by august to be at goal. So good luck it will go by fast! i promise!
