My incisions have faded alot and are hardly noticealbe. I didn't even think about them when I was on the beach. Good Luck! You will get there!

So far so good! I will see my back specialist next Monday. I am hoping that he will be thrilled with the near 40lb loss and 6 weeks of PT. I still get twinges but haven't had any serious back pain since January. I can't lift or carry yet, and my lower back feels weak - but other than physical therapy and a little walking, I haven't done anything since mid January. I am hoping to get released on Monday and I will return to Curves 3 times per week. Seems to be a decent overall body workout and strengthening.

I was very happy with the care I received. I have had no issues at all, quit taking pains meds at 3 days post op; never had much pain except my chest for the first 24 hours after surgery; no leaks, infections; my local primary doc took out my stitches and said it all looked great. I have been very happy with my sleeve but was nervous as heck the last few days before surgery. I also went down a couple of weeks ago with TiffanyIsMajor. I truly did not see anything on either visit that would keep me from going there again or sending a friend there. Have you seen my thread: Mexico or Bust? I have a long review there. If you can find it, let me know. You can also ask me any questions in a private message if you like.

Sorry, I was traveling yesterday and couldn't get the hotel internet to work last night : (

I have a review that I have written, so will copy and paste it in a message for you. I have not had any issues at all, in fact it has gone very smoothly. The biggest problem - mentally still wanting food. Physically, everything is good.

I am back down in TJ now with TiffanyisMajor. She had surgery this afternoon.

Thank you! It is quite the trip! That's for sure! The middle of May will be here before you know it. I remember having a smile constantly on my face - and then being very nervous and frustrated with myself the day of surgery. All is good tho! Let me know how you do and if you have any pre-op questions!

I feel like a broken record sometimes talking about it - LOL However I think it is good for people to know that they do have choices. Some people may have certain medical issues so it is important for them to stick with what their dr says 100% - but others may have options.
