Greetings all, my name shine and I am here seeking to find the courage to have the surgery. i know i want to have it but I just don't know what will be the out come. I don't know, but I sound stupid, i know this is like my last result and I am doing more for my babies 4 years old and 8 months old. I see people i know do the surgery and caome back find but than i hear horrior story then i go right back to feeling this way.  I really don't want to fat other year. just to be clear i have a worderful life two beautiful kids, a man who loves me fat or not, family who support me and a really great job and great friends who we have a great time going out haveing a good time but it is bigger then being big, my health is an issue now, hypertention and diabetes are my problem now and it scare me I'm only 26 years old...
