I am soo close yet so far away. I weighed today and I was 300. Do you know how many years that I have been over three hundred pounds? I can't remember anything below 300

Carb cravings are just killing me right now. I hold them at bay but I have so many cravings. It might be just head hunger but I sure wish It would go away!!!
