I hit the gym today for the first time in a long time, any advise? I could only do the stair machine for 3 minutes lol...hopefully with this fill and the gym I could get these last pounds off...

Just got a fill today...now I am up to 3cc's I am hoping this is a happy place for me! I have gained some weight after having the fluid removed...I am up 6 lbs, but am looking foward to getting it off again...back on track!

3 cc's removed and now I am a bottomless pitt! Yikes...looks like it is fill time for me

Feeling great...back on track...I had a miscarriage (after not having any clue I was pregnant)...I have my TUBES TIED!!! The doc said it is very rare and that's prob why it didn't go through...I was 10 wks...since then I have lost about 8 lbs I think it was a lot of water weight...now only up about 1.2 lbs which I am happy about! ready to have the scale move in the right direction...
