Yay for you! size 12 seems like a dream for me. That's the smallest I ever was as an adult. Can you imagine? I can't even imagine. But I did find a size 12 dress on clearance at Target. It's really pretty and I can't wait to get into it some day!

Go on with your bad self! Lol. I really like the outfit. I'm hoping to get into those pants soon. A girlfried of mind had lap-band back in december and we're going to Kohl's on Friday to try some stuff on. I looked on the Target website to try and find the dress, but it's not there. Maybe because I bought it in July on clearance.

Thanks so much for your thoughts and prayers. I'm still having a hard time in some ways. But in other ways, I draw strength from the example he gave me on how to be a good human being. I guess I will miss him forever and it is my hope that I will see him one day in heaven.

OK, I need to go shopping. My pants are definitely sagging. LOL. Still having a hard time wrapping my head around the smaller size. Oh and my stall broke today. Yay! Lost 2 pounds overnight. Down to 210 now.

Went shopping for a dress last week in the Misses department! How exciting. I kept feeling like I didn't belong there. But lo and behold! I tried on several size 16 dresses and they all fit and looked great. So weird to have a choice of dresses instead of having to buy the only one that fits.

I was so scared to tell my family. My dad is an army man. He did thirty years between the Army, Army Reserves and National Guard. He still loves to run at 66. He's also into all natural eating (though he has a sweet tooth and pastries are his downfall). But he hardly reacted at all. He told me to do what I thought I needed to do. He told me he was worried about scar tissue (I had three c-sections). And he didn't protest when I had to "borrow" my mom from him for three weeks to help with my recovery. You'd be surprised. I got positive reactions from almost everyone I told. Besides, if you've prayed and feel at peace with it, no one can deter you. Good luck. Keep us posted.

Thank you. It's been a tough 11 days. I came back from PUerto Rico on Thursday. Please keep my mom in your prayers. She has decided to remain in PR to care for her 94 year old mom, but PR is a very dangerous place, especially for women. I need to get back on track. I ate horribly in PR. Just ate what was around. It was hard to think. I hope you are doing well.

I'm doing well. I hit goal #2 this week: to weigh what I weighed on my wedding day! Yay! So that gets me to 31 pounds (23 since surgery) lost. I'm very happy about the change. I'm trying to post pics, but they're all too big. I gotta figure out how to shrink them.

I'm praying for a great surgery day tomorrow! Please keep me posted as soon as you feel well enough to get back on the computer.
