Hey there! How are you? You are looking fab-u-lous! I'm doing well. The scale is finally on the way down again. I'm down to 179. As of yesterday, I'm overweight! LOL! I've been obese or morbidly obese for the last 13 years. I'm wearing an XL top and a L bottom. I can't believe it. I am over the moon. Just read your post about your size 6 jeans. That is awesome. Sleeves rock!

Went shopping for a dress last week in the Misses department! How exciting. I kept feeling like I didn't belong there. But lo and behold! I tried on several size 16 dresses and they all fit and looked great. So weird to have a choice of dresses instead of having to buy the only one that fits.

Silly me. I should've read more before the last comment. LOL.

Hey y'all! I've been lurking lately, but haven't commented much. It's been hard since my dad passed, but I'm starting to feel better. My eating got a little outta control, but it's under control again. Down to 191. For the first time ever, I weigh less than my hubby! Hope everyone is well.

Thanks so much for your thoughts and prayers. I'm still having a hard time in some ways. But in other ways, I draw strength from the example he gave me on how to be a good human being. I guess I will miss him forever and it is my hope that I will see him one day in heaven.

Thank you. It's been a tough 11 days. I came back from PUerto Rico on Thursday. Please keep my mom in your prayers. She has decided to remain in PR to care for her 94 year old mom, but PR is a very dangerous place, especially for women. I need to get back on track. I ate horribly in PR. Just ate what was around. It was hard to think. I hope you are doing well.

I'm doing well. I hit goal #2 this week: to weigh what I weighed on my wedding day! Yay! So that gets me to 31 pounds (23 since surgery) lost. I'm very happy about the change. I'm trying to post pics, but they're all too big. I gotta figure out how to shrink them.

How are you Flaca? Haven't heard from you. I'd love to hear an update.

Oooooo...those shoes are sexy! I don't know if I could wear something like that. My mom and I call them "Loca shoes." (crazy girl shoes). I didn't go to Khol's. I wound up at my local Goodwill. I heard the one by me has a lot of good stuff and they do! I got three pair of jeans for $11. The funny thing is I got maternity pants. I read somewhere they're good for people with an apple shape (likw me) and I have to say I love how they look.

OK, I need to go shopping. My pants are definitely sagging. LOL. Still having a hard time wrapping my head around the smaller size. Oh and my stall broke today. Yay! Lost 2 pounds overnight. Down to 210 now.

Go on with your bad self! Lol. I really like the outfit. I'm hoping to get into those pants soon. A girlfried of mind had lap-band back in december and we're going to Kohl's on Friday to try some stuff on. I looked on the Target website to try and find the dress, but it's not there. Maybe because I bought it in July on clearance.

Yay for you! size 12 seems like a dream for me. That's the smallest I ever was as an adult. Can you imagine? I can't even imagine. But I did find a size 12 dress on clearance at Target. It's really pretty and I can't wait to get into it some day!

The baby in the pic is my youngest. The pic was taken at their birthday party when he turned one. All of my babies were born in November, so we do one party for all three. I wonder how long that will last? lol.

I'm feeling really well now that I'm on full liquids. How are you feeling Christina? You're already in onderland! Woo hoo!

I sure am feeling better. The BP meds were making me feel sick so I went to my PCP and reduced the doses. That made the difference. I even drove myself to the lab (for blood work) and the store today. Yay me!
