Hi everyone, Well I am going to get the surgery in 2 days on Saturday in South Korea. Eating will be a challenge because it is very hard to come by Protein shakes etc that can be eaten after the surgery. Any advice would be great as there is somewhat of a language barrier here. I was not told to do any pre-surgery diet or anything. Hopefully everything goes well. I am not taking any ime off work so hope I can make it on Monday or there might be trouble. BTW I am 5 feet 6 inches tall with a starting weight of 93kg about 200lbs I believe. Wish me luck :wink2:
