it has been very difficult finding anyone who wants to work out PERIOD , not one bandster YET. I think I annoy all of them ( cause I am actually doing it) I agree not my problem . Keep up the great work girl.

I am far from done yet. I have made it to my goal weight, BUT

I am working out 24/7 jogging , biking, yoga is my favorite, plus kickboxing, BLAH BLAH BLAH seems that is all I speak about , but it is my life now, I am ready for surgery I WANT BOOBS lmao and tummy tuck, Then I will be complete.

I saw ur pics before I started this journey and was completly in awwwww of u and your amazing changes.

I have now since Oct. 19 (my seminar) and the start of my new life i am 108lbs gone as of this am.

Went overall well, done Fri. home Sat. still soar but tolerable. I can see a huge difference in how I can consume already about 1hour to get down 1/4 cup shake. nothing cold it makes me spasm. burping is alittle hurtful. Gas is the killer....... but overall I was up walking for 45 mins that night. I am so happy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
