  1. haha thanks- i think that is the first time i have had my leggs complimented in a long time... i have always had lots of muscle in my legs- but surrounded by fat... lol! i still do have strong legs- but trying to firm uip the upper half of them now!

  2. I have lost 108 lbs.... but have gained a few back so right now I am at 105 lbs- working on getting the rest back off- I suddenly have a sweet tooth but I have just replenished my weight watchers bars so I will eat those instead of the real ice cream!

  3. In this picture I wasn't at goal yet. But from 242 to 135(my goal) it has took me 9 months and 1 week. I did regain after an unfill for my wedding (4.6 lbs) but I think that was due to the calories in the drinks and all the desserts! A week later I am back down to goal. I am not thinking that I will go to 130... so that way if I go up and down 5 lbs I will still be at goal.

  4. hahahah flat belly! I think it is my choice in clothing! lol! Yes I did spend alot of time at the gym... but I still have this one area that just doesnt want to leave- I totally see it in the picture, but maybe it is bc I know it is there.... Personally, this is what I am working on now is to try and get that gone-- when I find the secret potion I will pass it on!

  5. Extra skin- yes i have some- but have noticed with time it is getting better although I dont think it will all go away on its own. As for tips, I logged all my daily foods in calorie counter website... and I watched for trends on what made me lose and what made me stall out. I didnt eat any type of bread, pasta, chips, potatoes... I was at restriction and I knew that anything I ate needed to be protein becuase my body needed it. Every once in a while I would have a treat but honestly didnt want them that much. I stayed away from slidder foods... and sweets.... If I had a sweet tooth I would eat a weight watchers ice cream bar-- I devoted alot of time to realizing what was head hunger and what was my body actually hungry. I came out of surgery with a positive outlook that this was the beginning of my new life and that failure was not an option..... I paid too much to fail... and went to the extreme of surgery. I know it was ALOT of hard work and sacrifices while getting the weight off however, looking back it seems like it was the easiest thing I have ever done. So weird for me now.
