Hi coco , I did not chose my band my doc did . He choses them once he's inside doing the surgery and looks at your anatomy ( Personally the way I think it should be , I dont think the patient shoudl chose the band in my opinion ) but i have a 4 CC Inamed band .

I did start out working out but i am ashamed to adimit I have not done it in quite some time. I Do however lead a very active life now . Running around all the time with my kids activitities. I am always on the go .

My arms have bat wings, they are not as tone as they appear to be. My fault I shoudl have be toning them up and they would look better.

Thank you so much for your kind comments . Actually my arms in my opinion do not look good at all. What you see hanging down is lose skin. I really NEED to work on them .

I had some tightness issues one month and lost 20 pds in one month and my arms kind of happened over night.

BUT IF I worked out more they would probably get better.

SO I recommend if your worried about them work those bad boys out !!

Thanks the fill went well. I thought maybe at first i was too tight, I thought i woke up w/ some reflux a day or so after but living in Texas, I think its just allergies, So far so good no issues. I do think its REALLY Good restrcition , I am on mushies and I ate a potoatoe and I can only eat about 7 bites and im done .

SO Im gonna have to watch it
