Uggh.. I feel yucky today.. my wisdom teeth are aching so I went to the dentist, he told me they have to pull out 3 of my teeth!! and they won't be able to do that till next week so he gave me vicodin to numb my pain but I can't take it while i'm at work and it sucks!!! I'm going into emotional overload.. I think aunt flo is comming to visit soon my teeth hurt, my boobs hurt, and.. this "waiting period" from Richmond is killing me!!! ok I need to WUUUUU SAAAA..

Hello Ladies!! Sorry I haven't checked in with you girls, I HAD A VERY HECTIC WEEKEND... uggh.. N E ways.. I went to my class on Friday...it was very informative interesting... no offense or disrepect to anyone.. but yeah.. I WAS DEFINATELY IN THE Gastric Bypass class.. As soon as we started the Video the man next to me fell instantly asleep, started snoring, and then making like these infant yelp type sounds.. LOL... the lady across from me had a hard time staying awake and the lady next to me was head bobbing and trying to keep herself awake.. I kept on thinking "how can you guys be faling asleep!? This is like a door to a whole new world for us!" Then I realized... Sleep Apnea... LOL.. HELLO!!! So after class I emailed my dr. and he confirmed with me that he sent my referral to the RICHMOND KAISER!!! YAY!!! I asked Kaiser what was up with that.. they said RICHMOND is pretty booked so they are routing members to the SSF Kaiser.. Honestly.. I don't really care if its Richmond or SSF.. I just want to make sure I get in quick.. I wonder can I call SSF to see how long their "wait time" will be? I might call... Well today all I have to do is get my thyroid checked or do blood work for that and then... that's it.. I wait.. I guess... right? Do any of you ladies know what I can do to get in right away??

ok Ladies its time for me!!! i'm headed back to Vallejo now... I'm soo excited!! and Tamra I'm gonna do everything jus like you! As soon as i'm outta there I'm calling my doctor and sending him an email!!! have a wonderful Weekend if I don' t get to chat with you sooner!!

Huh? I just totally forgot.. All i read was "REDVELVET CAKE"... omg:w00t:.. that is sooooooo gooood... :thumbup: I hung up with Kaiser SSF.. i'm just gonna talk to the Vallejo group tonight and see whats up. I think they booked me twice for the same thing!

If you have a Walmart near you.. it cheaper!! oh.. and I believe they keep it in the pet isle. I'm frustrated because kaiser SSF just called to confirm an appt for this monday.. I asked if this was for the same thing that I'm going to today in Vallejo.. the advice person on the phone cannot tell so now i've been on hold for the past 10 minutes with kaiser SSF.. I talked to the advice briefly and she said that no other kaiser does this surgery but SSF.. I told her is her info updated? I know a group of ladies that had this done in Richmond... uggh.. now i'm gettin frustrated..:thumbup:

N E ways.. my mom's friend told me to use the "horse conditioner" Mane n Tail.. it makes your hair grow back fast and stronger. they use it on horses for their mane.. and it really works..I use it at night and leave it in.. also.. I make Weaves.. or I can make weaves.. for your head.. just clip it in.. let me know if you're interested.. my daughter and I have to use weaves for our Hula competitions.. but i've gotten soo used to it .. I just use it all the time..:thumbup:

Such a small World!! Anyways- I haven't started dieting.. i've been pretty much eating whatever but being more concious about "HOW MUCH" I eat.. I know that I'll be doing the 1200 calorie diet soon so .i've been tryin to chew my food 30 times.. HAHA.. wow.. by the time I hit #30.. Its pretty much gone by then.. anyways.. I'm leaving work early so I can make it to my appointment on time and my internet is down at my apt. sooo if you don't hear from me this weekend I'm wishing you all A WONDERFUL weekend now!.. 5 more hours b4 class.. Hi Ladies!! Sorry I got supper stupid busy yesterday here at work.. so I apoligize for not writing back. Since I'm gonna be on here FOR A LONG WHILE- let me properly introduce myself and give you ladies some insight about myself. Well- the name La Chica- I'm filipina/spanish and yes LaChica is my real maiden Last name- *interesting fact- I am a great great great great grand daughter of the actual ZORRO from Spain* My first name is - Analynn (pronounced like Ahhh Na Lynn) some people like to pronounce it in a diffrent way which i'm not tooo found of.. HULA TAHITIAN!! - Every Wednesday Nights in Vallejo at 225 AMADOR street. from 6:30-7:30 I'm not sure what the cost is per month for non residential Vallejoans.. but I can find out. This is definatley NOT as easy as it looks but its soo good for the body and just moving them hips belly and booty! I love it! If you ladies wanna just come out to watch first to see if you would like to join you're more welcome to do so!! Hula is kinda easy.. its when we start doing TAHITIAN dancing .. UGGH.. that's when everything starts to move fast.. I just think its the law of gravity.. you know.. my right butt cheek moves and because of all the weight bouncin or jigglin from that side.. the left cheek automatically moves due to the force of nature... lol.. I have 3 kids total 16 girl, 11 boy, 8 girl. My 16 year old is an advance Hula dancer.. she's been dancing since 7 and my 8 yr old had been dancing since 4 1/2.. I've been doing it on and off but 2 years ago.. I finally went back CONSISTENTLY. Just by doing Hula alone.. I lost about 25lbs.. a total of 40 all together.. cuz it just made me want to move more so I started walking.. any ways.. ok sorry to go off subject.. hope you ladies have a wonderful day!

Good Morning Ladies~ ok so I emailed my doctor and questioned about the SSF and Richmond issue. I told him that I work in San Francisco but IT WOULD BE SOOO much easier for me to go to RICHMOND because its on my way home. He said he'll put me in for Richmond!! My best friend is my support person. She was suppose to come with me to class this Friday but a lil family emergency came up.. ok HAPPY HUMP day!!! I have Hula Practice tonight and I LOVE DANCING!! if any of you ladies are interested in Hula/Tahitian Dancing.. even for jus work out - let me know!!!

This is the Gastric bypass/lapband info class in Vallejo. I saw my doctor yesterday and he told me this is a 4 hour class and then after that he'll schedule me an appointment with the Surgeon. He mentioned that for some reason they are sending the Vallejo people to SSF? I don't know.. I'll find out everything on Friday.

Definately- You'll see me alot on here.... I'm just scared you guys might get sick of me with all the questions and thoughts that I might just write on here.. LOL.. Anyways.. Ok so my appt. is this Friday.. I've read that I shouldn't try to lose any weight until I've been actually officially weighed during that first class.. Any tips about the First class, what to expect? Thanks!!

I have a question.. do they test for Marijuana before the surgery? or is it just for Nicotine?
