Hi everyone yesterday was my 21st birthday and not one photo turned out decent :thumbup: I'm so eager to get this done just so I can start feeling confident I've been calling the surgeons office every week to see if i can get my march 12 consultation moved closer but they never have any cancellations It wouldn't even make a difference because my insurance doesn't kick in until august I'm getting really frustrated!!!! Does anyone know the reason behind the 12 mnth waiting period with insurance? I would be very happy to pay the full years amount of what I owe them all up front if they could guarantee i could get the surgery sooner

Hi Mum2 I work at a medical centre and all the doctors have highly recommended Mr Nottle I also have two work friends who have had it done through him and they speak highly of him It does take a long time on the public waiting list so i didnt even consider waiting 3+ years I went straight to iselect and found that AHM was the best insurance for me I will still have to wait the one year but at least i know that once i see Peter Nottle then it should be guaranteed once my insurance passes the yearly mark

thanks for your replies!! i made my appt today im seeing Peter Nottle on March 12 that would make it 5 months before my insurance kicks in im so excited :thumbup: did anyone else see Peter Nottle? how was the whole process with him? -
hi angela thanks for the reply i havent been able to find anyone yet but yes that was the whole reason behind my interest in this area a few years ago i lost 30 kgs on sureslim and i lost it really quickly, but i never accepted my new body and i became overly cocky about it it was only until i regained all my weight back and was going through some old clothes that i finally realised how tiny i was after the weightloss i'm sure alot of people can relate, i think with quick weightloss we dont have enough time to processes all the changes happening to our bodies so we are basically in a state of misperception until something finally triggers our realisation it's a really interesting topic, and it will no doubt help me on my journey when i get the band in august

hey you are so gorgeous! i'm 20 and have decided to get it done, except i have to wait another 11months for my insurance to go through. when i look at your photos it makes me tear up abit because it seems like we have both been on the same journey weight wise. let me know how you go! -
oh im so jealous! we dont have many massive tours like that here! im so dying to go to warped or AP or some kind of tour when i decide to go over to the states in a few years
