Hey i was banded on aug 17. Im in a lot of pain where the port is. it feels like i broke a rib. did u feel like that? if so when did ur pain stop?

I got them at medifast.com n they have 7 packets in a box which makes 7 shakes n it's $15.50. N they say u can have 5 shakes a day but i only have about 4 cuz they aren't the best. But they aren't the worst either.

Oh....... Yea my dr makes u take the shakes to loose 15-20 lbs but im scared cuz i only have lost 3 lbs my scale says n i weigh in this fri. Im sooooooooo nervous...............

Hey i am medifast which is liquid protein shakes. I started them on 7/28 bcuz my surgery is aug. 17. Its really hard but i am loosing weight. Did they give u a new surgery date yet?

I have to sy u look awesome. Did u stay on a specific diet or exercise plan? Becuz im at 277 n want to drop to 155 in the same amoutn of time u did. Any info will help me greatly. U r a true inspiration
