Hey so i saw the pa yesterday n i lost 4 lbs since last month. She says thats good b/c they want people to loose 4 to 8 lbs a month. I wish it was more How much are u down? I'm jus gunna keep going forward and not look back. Also i have to find a shake that i like. She gave me a list of ones they recomend so i will have to go to gnc this weekend. I'm so sorry it took me soooooo long to get back to you. I lost my password so i couldn't log on unitl tonight. The baby is good now she was sick again last week w/ a cold so i had to call out 2 days n my job was pissed but oh well family comes first. N my boyfriend well more like my husband lol, had kidney stones n had to have surgery to blast them n put a stent in. So we r all recovering now lol. How r u all doing? Oh I lost 8 lbs since last month so my dr was extremely happy b/c she said the normal range is 4-8 lbs a month. N they took .75 cc's out of my band b/c she said thats why i was feeling like i couldn't swollow b/c it was too tight. So i have felt better since then. I go bak on 12/3 for another check. Do u get cheked every month? ttyl

I went to the gym tues n weds n it was awesomeeeeeeee I feel so good im gunna go again either fri or sat n sun. I hope it helps my weight loss. I'M AT 256 LBS N WHEN I STARTED (THE PRE SURGERY DIET) I WAS 284 LBS. sO IT'S BEEN 3 MONTHS N 28 LBS I'M NOT THAT SATISFIED. I'M GOEN NEXT FRIDAY TO THE SURGEON N I DEFINATELY WANT A FILL. ALSO I HVAE HORRIBLE ACID REFLUX N IT'S MAKEN ME FEEL LIKE I CAN'T SWALLOW. I SAW A THROAT DR YESTERDAY N HE SAID THE ACID IS GOEN UP MY THRAOT TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I CAN'T SWALLOW N IM CHOKEN. SO IM REALLY SCARED ITS GUNNA GET WORSE. I STARTED A NEW MED CALLED KAPIDEX FOR MY STOMACH. DO U HAVE ANY SIGNS OF THAT? OR KNOW OF ANYONE WHO DOES?
