had surgery Aug.17,2009 and I'm down 106lbs feels so good to feel like enjoying life again.

Surgery Aug.17,2009 and went from 300lbs to 195 lbs, the lapband is a great tool.

The 17th of this month will be 10 months and down 98lbs and I feel great, it's been a long time but i'm finally feeling like my old self again.

That makes me feel better because that is exactly what i have been going through. how much water are you drinking a day?

I did for about 8 weeks then it started back I just had to keep drinking that water and mine also was around 230 or 240

Did you ever go through a plateau? I have been hovering around 240 ish for going on about 5 to 7 weeks. If so, what did you do about it?

I'm so excited, I weighed in tonight and I'm down 98 lbs since Aug.17,2009. I've got about 25 lbs more and I'll be done can't hardly wait.
