Happy 41st Birthday tvguy!

Hey ya out there old friend. I've been away for a long time and just want to see what was up with ya.

Hey Judy, I haven't been in the chat for days......what's up friend!

Well the start of a new year and I've pledged to myself to get back on track with my health. Working out will become a part of my every day life. I know that I need to push myself because no one else can do it for me.

I have now hit 224 as of December 2, 2009. I actually had to go out and buy some new cloths during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
