    Best Sports Bras

I would say it depends on your size. When my chest was fuller, I loved Land's End sports bras. They were well constructed and pretty thick, which held me well. As I shrunk in that area I purchased Champion sports bras from target and liked how stretchy and flexible they are. Good luck

    Moving forward with RE

I made the decision about a week ago to go back to the fertility clinic I was using pre-surgery. We've been actively trying for about 5 months (but not doing anything to prevent it for 6 months) and after 3 years, I'm very impatient:-) I have an appointment set up for July 7, but called and spoke with the nurse about coming in for my 3 day blood work before that (I'm due to start my period the week before). She said that would be fine because the doctor will want to re-run some tests since it's been a year and a half since I've been there. I don't yet know if I will need assistance (like meds or iui), but it makes me feel better that I can get thoroughly checked out to make sure there is nothing wrong like before. I'm just so excited and grateful to be at the healthiest weight I've ever been to embark on this journey. :scared0:

    Long time no blog

Tiff, I've been thinking about setting up another blog too because so much of my life now is not about this great tool. It's good to hear from you!

    I can't believe this!

I've noticed that although I'm pretty much holding steady weight wise, things still seem to be shifting. For me this is mostly a good thing because things are redistributing so I look more normal, but I'm already down to a 34C, so I hope that everything stays the same there:-)

    How did you lose it?

I lost in my feet and face immediately. My butt went flat pretty fast as well. Then my upper body seemed to go (arms, upper torso, and back). My tummy and thighs were next and my boobs got gradually smaller throughout the whole process. The boob thing bothered me a lot, but now I like how I can wear some exercise tops with only the "built in" bra they come with...that was always a joke before. Good luck on your journey!

    My Journey

Hi Kathy, It took me about 6 more weeks after that to reach my goal of 148 pounds and I continued losing for another month to get to a weight around 138. Currently I usually weigh between 137-140 lbs. I'll attach my newest photo here, but my husband says I'm a bit gaunt...I have been suffering from allergies, but whatever:001_rolleyes:

    June 2010 140 lbs.

Thanks! It's hard to see in these pictures, but there is extra skin around my arm pits, but I'm not going to complain:-) I use 8 lb. hand weights (started with 3-5 lbs.) while working out aerobically and each month it seems to get better. Good luck!

    Self--pay bull****

I know it's frustrating! My advice is to get EVERYTHING in writing. When I asked/told the hospital that I needed an itemized invoice clearly stating what the money I was paying covered, it was like I asked for the moon. It took me over 1 week and me refusing to pay the anything until I had that. They had a rule that all money had to be paid so many days before the surgery and I informed them that deadline would NOT be met until my simple request was met...if this meant rescheduling the surgery, so be it. Good luck!
