Hi. Yes I too am from MI. Was banded last December and have only lost 30 lbs, very disappointed. You seem to be doing great for such a short time. Keep up the good work.

i do mostly cardio and i lift weights as well i jog 3 miles every other day..

Thanks for the feedback...what kind of work outs are you doing? I still eat some carbs...part of my problem, and too much fat....not enough veggies.

awww thanks for the modeling part and i do excersise like a mad woman have about 20 more lbs to goal so not quite there yet. I eat lots of veggies and protein and i do slurg sometimes on icecream and lattees.

Hey there Meredith, I see you are doing great! I am still plugging away. Down 30 pounds in 7 months...very slow, but better than before. You are doing great! Carrie posted that she was not happy with the band and it didn't work for her...what happened. I hope she did not have to have it removed or something. She did lose a significant amount of weight. Do you still go to the suppor meetings? Keep in touch, Linda
