Hiya Heather,
Your picture is just hysterical! :^) I was at the gym last week and heard two guys laughing at a joke and I heard one of them shout "COW" They said something about a code word and I was so hurt. They were working out right beside me and I know it was about me but I have to develop a thick skin b/c the workouts have been good for me. Can you believe that though??

Just wanted to say hello. I am anxious to get to know you and have plenty of good talks. Hows everything going for you right now? I am depressed b/c I haven't had my first fill and I'm gaining weight back. Argggg. I will do better once I get my adjustment and then start working out. Keep in touch.

How's it going? I haven't heard from you in a lil while. I am frustrated at the moment b/c I haven't had my first fill (which is on the 1st) and I'm gaining weight back. ARgggg!!!! I can't wait till I'm cleared to go work out at the gym but I feel like I am the biggest person in the whole gym. Again, argggg. Any news from your side of things?

Just wanted to see how things are going for you. I get my first adjustment on the 1st but I'm going backwards. I had lost 20 lbs but now I'm not sure exactly how much I've gained back. I think the scales say I've now only lost 14lbs. ARGGGG!!! I guess I need that adjustment pretty bad. I feel like I'm not moving forward now. How are you doing with you weight loss. Great I hope. Keep me in the loop.

Just wanted to check up and see how you were doing. I joined a gym but can't go until my three week visit. I am amazed at how the soreness has all but gone. I hope your doing as well. Let me know. Mikissa

Hey Girl, I haven't heard from you since the surgery and was just wanting to wish you luck and see how things were going. I'm sore at my port site but that's the worst of it. I'm doing well with movement and I joined a gym even though I don't get to use it until cleared by my Doctor in three weeks. drat! Let me know how your doing.
