Good morning ladies. Did not make it to the gym yesterday. I was all dressed and ready to go but my sister called me from Reno and talked for about 45 minutes. After that I was out of the mood. See what I`m talking about. It`s hard to get to the gym, but once I`m there it all good. Maybe next time I will make it all the way there. Does anyone work out at Ballys in Humble? Suzanne.

I am dressed and ready to go to the gym. Trying to go 3 times a week. Could not go last Monday bc I had to meet you girls for supper. But it was worth it. I said I am going to the gym but not sure how much I will do. I like to do 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 on the weights. But we will just see. It is not much fun by yourself. Suzanne.

I was at the first seminar and yes, he was nice and answer every question that we could think of and after I went into his office for a 3 minute exam. And said to go talk to THE GIRLS. And other than him coming in to see me just befor surgery that was the only time I saw him. Until my first fill at the surgery center. He ran in The girl had the needle ready and he stuck me and said I could ask my question to thegirls out front and than he was off to the next room. He jump from room to room just like a rabbit. As you can tell I wish that I had went with another Doctor. But I have to say thathe did a great job with the band I have not had any trouble.

Cindy, you sound just like me, I was band by him last June. He gave me one fill. Never again will I let him touch me. The PA I think her name is Joy, is great. She talks to you, and takes her time the Doc. when I tryed to ask him a question he said "The girls out front will help you" And they do. This is at the surgery center. I love going there. I am selfpay and can only go to the center until my year is up. Which I do not pay. I am not sure what I will do after that time. But one thing for sure is he will never give me another fill. At any price.

I like them all. I put on my calendar when I need a fill and my girls think I am talking about having my nails. The reason I have not to my kids is bc I knew that they would not support me in having the surgery done. They would tell me " Mom you don`t need it, all you have to do is just diet a little." After 50 years of going to bed thinking about food and waking up thinking about what I will be eating befor my feet hit the floor. NO MORE. I no longer think about what I want to eat but what I need to eat. BIG different. I know one day I will tell them and they will be very upset that I had surgery without telling them.
