I statred out weighing 337. IAt the age of 38 I decided that i need to lose weight. My weight had kept me from dating and feeling good about myself.
Today I am upset because i allowed myself to gain weight. Well I have gained 27 pds since april 2011. uugh. I recently got married december 2011 Im happy and comfortable. People continue to tell me its because I got married and I am happy now.
I KEEP ASKING MYSELF WILL I EVER GET DOWN TO 200LBS I WILL TAKE 215 BUT I HAVE TO GET THIS WEIGHT OFF!!!!
I DOD NOT WANT TO GO BACKWARDS ANY MORE.
