  4. yes i've been at goal for 2 months now....i still work-out just as hard and just as much to maintain...i've been taking in more calories 2 try and maintain....the maintenance phase has been much harder 4 me then losing...

  6. don't b too jealous...i let my obesession with being thin get in the way of my health...i was so sick and weak...i got too thin...i'm better...eating more...taking my vitamins...i got real carried away...im so technically behind...im lucky i can take a pic let alone change the date....lol...my husband said "cute dress but u look like a zebra"....lmao

  8. my insurance covered a panniculectomy...which is just the removal of excess skin...i paid out of pocket for the mini tuck portion of my surgery...i'm not sure how much it would've cost without insurance.

  9. for the first 9 months after surgery i strictly power walked and eventually started jogging...in my 10th month i joined the gym..most of my exercise has been cardio...i had a tummy tuck in august to remove the extra skin from my tummy...i use the rotating stairs at the gym and my legs r pretty muscular except for the top inner portion of my thighs...my arms didnt turn out too bad...so they r last on my list...my exercise routine is pretty hard-core...but keep in mind i wasn't able to do this type of exercise immediately...i built myself up...i wasnt able to jog until i hit 180 pounds...

  12. i'm starting to learn that suemagoo...i was once to over-weight to shop at the skinny stores...now i'm too tall for everything...lol...i just can't seem to win...my aunt told me about a drink they sell at whole foods that is packed with iron...but won't leave u constipated at the sametime...
  13. i went out to dinner with my son and his auntie saturday night and fainted...when i felt a little better i went home...i called the hospital and talked to the nurse to tell her what had happened...i took my blood pressure when i got home...my mom has high blood pressure and constantly has to take her blood pressure...it was 102/54...the nurse told me that was normal for my weight and height....and not to come in if i felt fine....yesterday i was still really dizzy...my mom said my blood sugar was probably low...so i drank a cup of orange juice and it went up to 126-74...2day i'm at work but still feeling really dizzy and out of it...i'm going to try and c my doctor 2-day...i've never been a sweet eater...is lack of sugar in my diet causing low blood-sugar...am i not eating enuff????? i eat tons of protein...so thats not the problem...what i'm doing wrong??????
  14. i noticed that when i was going to the gym 7 days a week...i was maintaining my weight...when i started to take days off...i would lose 1-2 pounds that week...very weird
