I am soooo sad over this I can't stop crying. What he says is really not what happened - he wasn't there when I was, he doesn't know!!! I never meant to bash anyone, I was just posting my feelings about my experience. What I said was that my pt coordinator wasn't there for us and that I wondered if I would get the amount they owed me back. Was that wrong? I said that I was happy with Dr. Almanza and that the staff there were nice and took good care of us - how did I make this big of a mess??? When I wrote my post I thought I was so careful to word it in the most positive way possible. My point was meant to be that this is a huge experience alone and being in another country alone was hard. I was just saying that if you could take someone with you then you should. This is so awful it makes me sick
