Went to my first follow up appt. lost 10 lbs. no fill yet. so i am currently empty banded. they said four weeks. i ate too fast and/or too much for my afternoon meal. now i know what stuck feels like and i dont ever want to feel this way again. lesson learned.

hey i just read your message. i am back at work today. i live off 4th and cherry. i am not supposed to work out still but i walk. i have my first dr's appt on wed. i will find out then if i lost weight, i hope i did.

TODAY I HAVE LOST 10 POUNDS SO FAR YEAH AND IT HASNT BEEN TWO WEEKS I JUST LOVE MY BAND. Do you work out maybe we could work out together my mom lives in N LB and i work on the water front. What part of LB do you live? Did you take off of work?

Hey Joanne I am in Orange, so about 30 min from you. Congrats on your surgery, I was banded 2/2/09 and I am feeling great and have lost 9 1/2 pounds! YAY!
