  2. Happy 38th Birthday rachieboom!

  3. Hello, how are you? I'm down 107 and 11 to goal of 140, but thinking of maybe going to 135. I saw that orange outfit and thought of you, thinking i get to wear this one last time!! I hope your doing well, i have to newer photo's on the profile. hope to hear from you soon!

  4. Hey, how have you been? It's 13 months here and i'm down 103.. 15 to go! I bet your at goal for a while, you were doing so good.. I been thinking of you. I hope all is well!

  5. Thank you. Consistent due to the fact that I changed my life and made this my 100% priority. 100 lbs in 10 months. I exercise 2-3 hours a day, very hard. Eat well, have a good attitude, realized that food is not my best friend. Most of the success of the band is your mental attitude and listening to your body as well as getting fills and staying consistent. Realize what you should and shouldn't be eating. Have willpower.

  6. Thank you for the nice comment and since Christmas Eve I have lost an additional 10lbs. You will get there. Stay motivated and focused.

  7. Thank you so much. That is very nice of you to say. I work hard at it and have lost 92 lbs in 8 months. I love it, love it, love it. I don't care about food at all anymore, I am addicted to making myself look my best. Best to you, Rachel

  8. Thank you! I work super hard at it...I workout 3 hours a day and am very strict. You can do it too! Let me know if you need any help, tips, motivation, etc...Rachel

    How do you know??

Well first of all, you should think about your food choices. You likely aren't 'starving'. It is typically in your head. Eat foods that fill you up, not carbs that turn into sugar. You need good, healthy protein. You don't have many cc's in your band and therefore you definitely are not at your sweet spot, which is why you are able to eat what you ate, but try during this time to take care of yourself and focus on good eating. You need to do the work for you. The band will work with you. I am sure you haven't stretched your pouch, you would fill pain if it slipped or stretched and to answer your question, yes, you are hurting yourself. You are hurting yourself by going back to old habits. You came this far and got the band, so why not work with it? Not trying to be harsh at all, just sometimes people need a wake up call/reality check. Try not testing yourself by seeing what you can eat. Focus on good eating, good exercise and eventually this will all fall into place.
  11. Hey Rachel you look like posh spice in that last pic. You look great.
