I left Kaiser plan 3 years ago to go through Pacific Care (who covered 100% with Cedar Sinai to have my band. It was covered with them if my Pcp recommended it. I had to do the classes, and meet with the Nutritionist then I was able to have my band in about 6 months, but the whole insurance switch was a nightmare for everyone else in my family. I switched back to Kaiser now, and I'm wondering if they will do my fills, or do I have to go through a long drawn out process.

Hello Cali....I'm back, I haven't been back on here in about a year. My weight lost has been slow, and I was kind of sad. this place sure has changed a lot. It looks great!

I've excerised every day this week,I go to the y at 5am to swim laps and do water aerobics,then later in the evening I go do an hour in the gym My favorite machine is the crosstrainer I can burn 400 calories in 35 minutes even more if I'm on the machine with cable tv hooked up to it. took my vitamins most days and drank more water. I was a little frustrated because the weight seemed to be staying the same, but I totally see muscle definition in my legs and arms after a month of consistent workout. So hopefully in feb I will start seeing the pounds drop,with my new muscles doing the burning of more fat. P.s: OKie thank you for checking in with me.
