I have not received one - but I can see that user (spammer) sent a few other messages. Thank you for bringing this to our attention - the user has been removed from the site!

Ken S. got a reaction from Alex Brecher in The iOS app is awful
We definitely agree with you and have already implemented users surgery information into their profiles on the new mobile app.
1000% agree! We do have plans to build out a complete nutrition tracking solution in a future release of the mobile app. We also have plans to integrate with Apple Health and are looking into the possibility of Google Fit integration as well as various tracking wearables.
We do agree with your Magazine comment and in fact, the magazine area of the new app was inspired by the sidebar you mentioned
We're loving the feedback and will do our best to implement all features that users find valuable and necessary, we're looking forward to hearing more!

Ken S. got a reaction from Alex Brecher in The iOS app is awful
Hey there! Thank you for providing feedback. As Alex mentioned we are actively developing a dedicated BariatricPal App, and as such we now have complete control over its development. This will not only allow us to address bugs and issues quicker, it also enables us to consider and implement requests from the entire BariatricPal community, which is something that our current app has prevented us from doing.
With regards to the issues you're currently facing, unfortunately there isn't much we can do at the moment. The BBCode is something that will resolve with the release of our own app as well as the being logged out. With regards to the notification sound, I'm not able to replicate the playback cutoff mentioned here, but we'll definitely pay very close attention to this and hope to prevent it with our release.
With regards to the beta testing - that's great that you're interested! Feel free to shoot me a private message with the e-mail address that is associated with your Apple account and when we're ready I'll reach out and send you an invite.
Thanks again!

Ken S. got a reaction from ProudGrammy in yellow ticker, pic on left is not me
@proudgrammy I'm seeing the appropriate profile picture for you :-) With regards to your tickers, it looks like you entered invalid or empty information and they can not be rendered. You should be able to fix them by clicking on the "Edit" button just beneath the yellow notices you mentioned.
Hope this helps and have a great evening!

Ken S. got a reaction from Alex Brecher in Signature editing
Hi @russdroppings - there are some limitations to signatures. Images cannot be larger than 500x250 and only 1 is allowed, signatures also cannot contain links and must be no more than 5 lines.
With regards to deleting an image, were you unable to do so using the editor? Also, any further information you can share with regards to the delete button on images not showing up would help us in determining if there is an issue we need to resolve.
Thanks so much!

Ken S. got a reaction from orionburn in Progress chart view
@Lizardlady I believe this should be resolved now, please let me know if that's not the case for you.
@orionburn We hope to have a fix for this in place fairly soon. Unfortunately the bug is within a 3rd parties code, and we have to await their fix.
