Hello, The "undefined" issue you speak of has been resolved. I'm not sure if this will have resolved your issue regarding inputting your Ticker Code. I just tested the ticker code through my own profile, and it appears to have edited my Signature without any issues at all. This is my first post since I added it, so lets see if it shows up :-) -
Hey there, I've just made a few adjustments to the configuration. If you could attempt once more, that'd be great. Hopefully this is the correct change and things should begin working for you :-)

Hello, We are unable to replicate this issue. Are you attempting to upload Profile Pictures or Avatar Pictures? Also, when you receive an error, what does it say? We believe that uploads are working as they should, however if you can provide any additional information to assist in replicating the issue, that would be excellent. Thanks much, Ken

To edit your signature, click on your username in the header, and go to My Settings. From there, you'll see a Profile Tab, and a link to edit your Signature within.

I believe what you're speaking of is still available. There is a "View New Content" link just below the Search bar at the top of the page. Let me know if this is what you're looking for!

can't alter surgery dates in my profile

Hello, I logged in and was able to adjust the dates without any issues. Can you let me know what browser you're using? What Operating System as well? Also, are you not seeing the 'Calendar' popup when you select one of the dates to edit? Thanks, Ken -

LapBandTalk Chat Issue (Temporary Fix!)

Hello All, We've spent several hours troubleshooting a recent issue with our Chat Application. It seems that users of Internet Explorer 8.x are experiencing a 'blank' window at times. The entire page loads, with the exception of the actual chat view. Most of the time, you will hear the audio from the chat, but will have no visual. To resolve this issue, each time the window is not showing, simply move your mouse to the bottom right hand corner of your browser window. You'll see an icon that looks like a Magnifying glass with a Plus Symbol, click on this and adjust the percentage to something different than the current value. Then your chat will appear, and you can reduce or increase your magnification back to it's previous level. This is only a temporary fix and we're working on a permanent resolution. Thanks, Ken

Carrie, You had noreply@lapbandtalk.com in your Blocked Senders list. You can't receive e-mail from us if you have us blocked. See: Messages from blocked senders are automatically deleted. You can block an e-mail address or a domain (the part of an e-mail address after the @ sign). To block an e-mail address or domain, type it in the box below, and then click Add to list. To remove a blocked address or domain, select it in the list below, and then click Remove from list. This response should trigger a notification to you're e-mail address - this will verify it's now working.
