B-day was pretty intense! You are gonna LOVE the band!

Update: 8 weeks post- op 18 lbs lost so far (gained 2 this week) so I went for 2nd fill. Total of 2 1/2 cc in band. Dont feel restriction, but feel pretty satisfied with 1/2 a cup of noodle soup.

Actually when Christmas came around my stomach was pretty much normal (before my first fill) so I ate too much! I ate a little here and a little there and it held me back from losing. Now, after my fill, I can totally tell the difference, I still get hungry but when I eat, I eat a lot less.

Thanks for the pic comment you are so sweet! I am down 13 lbs. I went for my first fill yesterday! Dont feel much restriction but that's a good thing! I dont wanna loose to fast. Back on liquids and soups!

Yea I was banded the day after Thanksgiving of this year. This is week 4 and I can prety much eat anything so I am ready for my st fill!

I have to admit, I was too chicken to post pics in a bathing suit. To be honest, I couldnt even take pictures of myself in a bathing suit! So thumbs up to you for being so brave! I admire you and cant wait to see your wonderful transformation journey.

I'm still on vacation and unfortunately, eating more than I should. I gotta use will power and right now I just dont have it! How much have you lost so far? By the way, you dont look like a guy who needs the lapband!

hey! Well, I got my surgery in Mexico, it was way too expensive to do it here and I dont even know if they would do it anyway. I dont look huge, but I am heavy for my height! I went through a divorce this yr so I really needed something to make me feel good about myself. After many attempts to lose weight and gaining it so quickly, I decided that this would be the best preventive measure for me. I havent been small in years, I cant wait!

By the way, these past two days I've been eating a lot, or what seems a lot to me now, since I am on vacation and bumming at home all day and I lost 2 lbs! So I think I'm gonna hold off on the fill and use a little will power. Let me know how you are doing!
