Looking good girl!!!! How are things going for you?
Things are going pretty here. 40 lbs. lost so far. Hit a plateau for many months, but got the ball rolling with a new exericse program of power walking and weights! Can't wait to hit the 50 lb mark!

Hey girl, how are you doing? Sorry I haven't been on here in a long time! I need to get better about that! I was stuck for almost 2 months and was really getting frustrated. Finally got a fill in October and got the ball rolling again, albeit still slow, but losing! I have lost a total of 37 lbs. so far, which makes the halfway mark for me! That is exciting! I was really hoping to make 50 lbs. before my bandiversary in February. I am scheduled for a fill next week, but it will have to be a small one, as I am feeling pretty good restriction. How did it go with your un-fill? Have you found a good place? I know it's hard and sometimes even maddening, but just don't give up! It will definitely get moving sooner or later! You have made amazing progress and look just beautiful! Take care!

Hi Shelley, I havent been on in awhile..Hope you are doing great..I am kinda bummed out, I am at a stand still with my weight and well if i get a fill even a lil I wont be able to eat..I had to have some of my fill taken out since I wasnt able to keep anything down except for soups. So now I am eating pretty good, small portions yet still at not losing any weight at the point..Idk..It gets fustrating but I know I have lost some weight, but I would like to lose at least another 30 pounds..I have been at this stand still for 2 months now..I wanted to knonw if you are still going thru the samething..and let me know how you are doing..Hope to hear from you soon and you look soooo great...

Does anyone else have a problem with gettin to a point where you just seem to stay at certain weight, even after a fill..? I would really like some input as to why..I have lost 41 pounds since my lapband surgery feb/09. What can I do to keep the process moving to lose weight..I exercise and drink plenty of protien shakes..So just wondering if there is anyone out there with the same problem.. Thanks

I am in the same situation as you. I got a 1/2 fill like a month ago. I was fine for a week or 2, now I cant keep anything solid down. I only can eat soup or protien shakes, which is what is really helping me..I know I am gonna need an unfill as well. I have pain when I try to eat anything where I have to chew...So I now stick to soups til I can get the unfill..So I know excatly what you are going thru. I havent eat meat in over 2 months now..I think I am turnin into a vegaterian/soup eater..LOL..Well let me know how you are doing after your unfill... hope you get to feeling better.

Hey girl! Haven't talked to you in a while. Just wanted to say HI! THings are going good here. The weight loss has slowed down a bit and I am a little perplexed. I did join the gym a few weeks ago and have been working out diligently...but no more weight loss. Actually gained 2 lbs.! Some people says it muscle gained...I don't know, but I'm not giving up! I don't think I need another fill though, because sometimes I have trouble keeping food down...any tighter and I will only be able to drink water! ha! So, I will keep at it and hopefully my body will react soon. Keep up the work, girl you are looking fantastic! ; ) Shelley
