  1. The past month or so have been stressful and it is showing on the scale. Not going up, just not going down and I'm not eating.

  2. Looking forward to a wedding in a couple of weeks. Really my first special occasion since the band. LOVE the dress tha my daughter said was sexy!

  3. I bought a dress today that I couldn't even look at 2 years ago!

  4. Helen, there is must to be done. Every day we get up and try to take a little somethig off the pile. Work with the guidlines you are given to the best of your ablitiy. O dpm

  5. Congrats on the band, sry about the gas. It will pass (LOL) in time. Walk around in the house often use GasX.

  6. Hi, I just saw you message, thank you. I've got some work to do now. I have been just a little lazy.

  7. How are you doing after the surgery? I really hope all went well.

  8. Why am I wrong, and you are right? We are each different with different docs and instructions. I'm just saying.

  9. Some of the replys here are a starting to get a little rude. Ease up people.

  10. I have sent you some meal ideas from my book, I have a few more if none of these work for you. My doc has me pushing for about 60 grams of protein daily. These can be mixed and matched as your taste require. I can't eat string cheese do I did a lot of yogurt and I still use Slim-fast or the CIB because I don't "eat" breakfast.

  11. I am here, want to chat?

  12. Hello,

I am in King George, had my surgery done in Richmond.

  13. I was told today that TriCare requires proof of supervised weight loss program. They are suggesting their Nutrion program for $200. I am standard and wasn't told that when I spoke with TriCare

  14. Thanks for getting back to me. Good luck, your day is fast approaching! I am nothing but questions. I went to a seminar here on Sat. I have submitted the info pack as of yesterday and as it so happens some of the test that might be required were already ordered by my PCP and Oncologlist because of some issues I am having. I am 5'2", 240 so the BMI is 44. I guess the next step is a meet with Dr. I starting surfing here to get an idea of how hard this is to do. The pre op deit seems like it might be hard, I understand that each doc can require something different from 1 to 3 weeks. I have Tri Care insurance and don't have any idea of their requirements for nutrition counseling, some companies require 6 months. I just want the first appointment and to get going on this.

I hope you do pics and keep me up dated on how you're doing.

    Thanks again

    Jardenia
