About Me
Started thinking about Bariatric Surgery in 2020. Family and friends talked me out of it.
One of those friends went and got the surgery a year later. Interesting, but good for her for taking that step. She went from being XXXXL to a size 6 in 6 months.
In 2022, I decided to do a Medically assisted weight loss program. I lost 35lbs in 9 months.
A sustained injuries in a car accident and the weight started coming back on until I surpassed my last HW.
June 2024 I made an appointment to discuss Bariatric Surgery. By September 2024, I met all my requirements and was scheduled for surgery on Oct 7. September 23, 2024, I began my liquid diet and lost 10lbs pre-op. I'm 11 days post op and have lost an additional 7lbs.
NSV:
My Apple Watch needs to be put on the 3rd wrung to fit
My face looks slimmer
My fat pants are not screaming when I put them on anymore (LOL).
My undershirt doesn't roll up over my belly anymore.
