I have no idea why I have been so bad lately...I'm not posting cause it has been bad. I got on the scale this morning and have gained 4.5 lbs. YIKES! I am going to lose those lbs. and then go for a fill.
Today:
B - Protein Shake
L - handful of grapes
S - protein shake & slice of pepper jack cheese
D - bowl of black bean Soup (140 cal)
Spin class - 500 calories and also took kids to amusement park and walked around for a couple hours.

l: hamburger patty w/cheese & grilled onions
s: 1/6 Protein Bar
d: couple slices of avocado
s: 2 ww pb bliss bars 140 calories
s2: 1/2 graham cracker

B2 - Protein shake: Protein powder/1 tsp PB/quarter banana
L - some blueberries and small handful goldfish
S - costco sample: lentils, bite of sausage
D - spinach salad: some almonds, cranberries, vinagrette, a couple of bites of rice and 1/2 string cheese
S - 60 calorie pudding and 1/2 tsp PB
1 hour spin class

Have been MIA - don't know what is going on w/me...have been in a funk. Eating bad food and not working out. Need to get back on it.
I am committing right now to get back on track.

D - 1/2 ear of corn, couple bites of chicken
S - couple bites of brownie
I just realized I haven't had much to eat....no wonder I am hungry. Will probably have a snack - cheese and crackers or something.
Exercise - walking - nothing too major.

CONGRATS!!!! How exciting! It is amazing that you lost 100 lbs AND you did something amazing for your community! What a way to Celebrate - I think I may do something like that as well!

L - Bowl of Broccoli Cheddar Soup from Panera - which I never do but was craving it and decided it was worth the 350 calories
S - WW PB Bliss Bar
D - Piece of cheese and bite of Pasta
Dessert - way too many brownies...don't know why i made them....felt like baking and now I paid the price w/way too many calories :mad2:
Exercise - one hour body sculpting w/trainer.

My band was acting up today - was really tight...am a bit stressed since my kids are both sick...hate it when they are sick.

For some reason, the board was acting up last night and wouldn't allow me to view food & Nutrition section.
Yesterday:

Chili w/a few bites of corn bread
70 calorie ride pudding
No exercise
Today:
B - Coffee
S - Crust of banana bread
L - Crust of banana bread
S - some M&M's and animal crackers
D - 2 oz. salmon, a couple bites of mashed potatos, couple bites of spinach
S - out of nowhere just started snacking on crap - graham crackers, PB, more banana bread...wouldn't you know it, got stuck and came back.
Exercise - walked 2 miles at a fast pace w/heavy stroller
I ate like crap today. I was overwhelmed and just ate stupid foods. Bad me.

D - slice of quiche and asparagus
S - Decaf coffee w/a bit of SF/FF hot chocolate mix
Exercise: 30 minutes elliptical / 25 minutes circuit

S - doritos - got stuck and half came up
D - 1/2 corn quesadlilla
S - 60 cal pudding
Didn't feel like working out so I didn't...and the cool thing is I don''t feel guilty!!!

Probably too much but they went down so easy and it was only a few bites.

Had a tiny fill today since the 4.5 last week was no where near enough...they gave me 1...hopefully that will do the trick.

Exercise: session w/trainer - one hour...intense.

d - enchilada casserole (corn tortilla, Beans, shredded beef, roasted corn, enchilada sauce and cheese) about a cup or a cup and a half
s - Decaf coffee
i feel like i am forgetting something...
no exercise today. i need to go have more of a fill...i KNEW 4.5 wasn't enough...one day the dr's is going to believe me!!!

Haven't posted in a long while....was having a rough time w/bad foods but seem to be back on track.
Today:
B - Protein Shake
S - handful of cheese its
L - cheese and crackers (not many)
S - Protein shake
D - one oz cheese
S - frozen yogurt the very low calorie kind
holy crap - just realized i haven't had any veggies/fruit today - BAD!
Exercise - one hour kickboxing class
