    B - Pure Protein Shake S - Fiber One Bar L - 3 Wasa Crackers w/thin spread of LF cream cheese & Trader Joes bean dip S - WW PB Bliss Bar D - caesar salad (1/2 cup), 4 bites of pork ribs, 2 bites of mashed potatos and glass of wine. S - graham cracker w/PB Seriously had a bad day...my son is sick and was up all night....then was super cranky like only 2 year olds can be. Had to have the wine... No workout today :cursing:

    Thanks for your responses...I am losing weight but sometimes I doubt myself, have a weight stall and of course find that I snack when bored. Today: B - coffee w/splenda and milk S - 2/3 of a pure protein shake L - 2 egg whites, 2 avocado slices and one chicken apple sausage D - went to one of those salad/soup/bakery buffets...not good... some salad 2/3 cup (lettuce, beets, cauliflower, croutons, kidney beans and LF cucumber dressing), tomato soup (2/3 cup), 1/4 cup of some other broth based soup, and these cut up slices of grilled cheese foccacia and one chocolate chip peanut butter cube w/lf vanilla yogurt. NOT GOOD. BAD ME. After dinner I went to the gym worked out 40 minutes on elliptical. I WILL do better tomorrow. I must do better.

    Hi - can you guys review my diet - I find that I snack all day vs. having proper meals. I always just kind mark them bfast, lunch and dinner by grouping them when I really eat them at separate time of the day. Is this okay? Thoughts? Today: B - Coffee w/splenda splash of milk - 9 am S - Pure Protein Shake - 11 am S - Fiber One Bar - 1 pm Workout for about 70 minutes - 15 minutes high intensity cardio & 55 minutes weight training w/trainer...INTENSE. S - Banana - 3 pm S - 7 all bran crackers - 4:30 D - 3/4 cup: pinto beans, zucchini, chicken, sprinkle of cheese, salsa & dallop of sour cream...oh and maybe 1/2 corn tortilla - 7pm S - 60 cal pudding & tsp of PB - 9:30ish

    Georgia Girl - I hope you feel better soon...stomach virus' are the worst. Do any of you eat a lot more in the evening? I'm not sure if I am just hungrier, bored or finally have time to eat...have two kiddies...one 25 months, the other 7 months..... Today: B - pure Protein shake S - coffee w/milk and splenda L - WW cheddar twist - 110 cal S - pure Protein Shake D - 2 wasa crackers w/thin layer cream cheese and tad spicy bean dip from Trader Joes and colby cheese...seriously yummy dinner S - 70 cal rice pudding Great cardio workout 40 minutes.

    B - coffee L - Indian veg. coconut curry and tad of rice - yuMMy S - 60 cal pudding w/tsp of PB D - made refried beans and mixed them w/soyrizo (veg. chorizo) S - graham crackers w/PB S - Decaf coffee w/25 cal. hot chocolate packet Didn't work out today...still really sore from Monday's workout...
  8. Don't lose motivation! I was banded in October and understand how thrilling it is to lose weight in the beginning. Yes, the weight loss slows down (sometimes it even halts!) but you have to keep it up. A couple of things - Do you find yourself wanting to cheat because you are hungry? Could you need a fill? Are you eating enough QUALITY food? Lean proteins/veggies/fruit Are you exercising? If not, start with something easy - walking, Water aerobics, swimming etc. If you are already exercising, try increasing the intensity of your workout. I was stuck at a certain weight for about 3 weeks and increased the intensity (would do 30 second sprints w/30 seconds recovery time for 15 minutes of my 30 - 45 minute cardio workout) of my cardio workout and bam the scale started moving. You can also try a new form of exercise. Most importantly, don't start cheating...that is one sure way that you will not lose weight and the cycle will begin.

    Today: B - 2 poached eggs, 1 slice of bacon S - NF cafe au lait L - Banana w/tad of PB S - WW Peanut butter bliss bar, has 1 WW point so I assume about 50 or so calories and is FREAKING DELICIOUS D - 1/3 enchilada, 1/4 cup of cooked pinto beans, salsa S - about 20 goldfish crackers S - coffee w/milk, splenda and 25 calorie SF hot chocolate mix Exercised 42 minutes cardio and am SORE SORE SORE from yesterdays insane workout

    Today: B - Pure Protein Shake & Coffee S - Fiber One Bar L - 2 string cheese - 60 cal each D - 1/2 cup pinto beans, sprinkle of cheese S - 60 cal pudding S - wasa cracker w/tad of hummus and cheese Crazy workout today - cardio and toning w/trainer...seriously I have never sweated so much...I actually wanted to vomit afterwards!

    Today: B - 1 poached egg and three bites of ham L - tomato soup and 4 bites of mac & cheese D - 6 all bran crackers and colby cheese S - coffee I think I may be a tad too restricted...going to be super careful...had a fill last Wednesday...hopefully will loosen up just a tad. These bands are so fickle.

    Today: B - nothing L - fish and chips ate a couple of bites and got it came up - my fault since i was hungry and ate to fast. S - FF Latte and cookie D - baked potato soup and couple bites of grilled chicken caesar salad S - 60 cal pudding

    B - nothing - crazy morning here S - non fat cafe au lait w/splenda L - 10 all bran crackers, tad of hummus and half of a 60 calorie string cheese...son saw it and HAD to have it! S - FF greek yogurt - honey flavored...YUMMY D - couple of bites of sweet potato, couple of bites of spinach salad w/avocado, apple, almonds, olive oil and balsamic....I ate the sweet potato too fast and became uncomfortable so I stopped. S - probably a 60 calorie pudding Somewhat of a crazy day - only got in 20 minutes of HIGH intensity cardio.

    I messed up today!

    Don't be hard on yourself! You recognized what you did and OWN it...move on - tomorrow is a new day! I was banded on 10/21 and have fallen off the wagon a couple of times. Isn't it crazy how the junk can slide right down??!!!

    Post fill diet

    Wow - my dr. is usually conservative but he isn't on this one. Day of fill - no food or liquids four hours prior - after fill clear liquids for 24 hours.

    Went to have my band check today under flouro to see if there is a leak and YAY - no leak!! W/out making it too long, someone didn't enter the right info in so when I had a slight unfill they noted that I had .5 taken out not half of my fill taken out. Since I had a fill today, was on liquids B - Coffee S - Broth L - Pure Protein Shake D - Creamy butternut squash soup

    Too much grazing the past couple days to keep track :blushing: Today: B - Coffee and cookie :cursing: L - Pure Protein Shake and grapes D - casserole made w/ground turkey, veggies, potatoes and sprinkle of cheese S - colby cheese stick, all bran crackers, 5 slices of apple Worked out for 45 minutes on the ellipitical - 450 calories going to dr. tomorrow to have a check on my band under flouro to see if I have leak or just need a bit more of a fill KC - so after reading about your trip, we decided to go back to Kauai!! We will be heading there in April!!! Thanks for the inspiration!

    I am almost sure my band is leaking :biggrin: Today: B - Coffee S - Pure Protein Shake L - 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich (son's leftovoers) S - 60 calorie yogurt, tiny piece corn bread D - corn bread and chilaquiles (1/2 cup) - wierd combo but corn bread was calling S - 60 calorie pudding, tiny piece of graham cracker w/dab of PB, bite of banana I am starving...I feel like I have eaten tons today that is why I feel like the band is leaking...will go in for a flouro next week.

    KC Magu - I LOVE LOVE LOVE Kauaii! The scuba diving is amazing!!! We are considering going out in May...the problem is traveling w/two babies... B - Coffee L - spinach salad w/caesar dressing and a 4 bites of steak S - grazed while making dinner - cheese and crackers D - turkey chili w/cornbread - ate about 1/2 cup of chili and square of cornbread - oh - sprinkle of cheese S - 60 calorie pudding and tsp. PB workout - 30 minutes cardio approx. 350 calories

    Haven't been on since last week. Had a another fill today (had one last week after have a slight unfill 2 weeks prior)...we think I may have a leak. :thumbdown: Has anyone experienced this? All liquids today since I went in for a fill. KC - What island are you on? The food sounds absolutely YUMMY!!! To all other newbies - WELCOME!!! This is a great board where you will find some fantastic ideas and the accountability is wonderful!

    Yesterday: B - pure Protein shake S - high Fiber crackers and 35 calorie cheese spread L - 3/4 cup enchilada casserole D - spinach salad and lightly bread fish, 5 ginger snaps S - cheese and crackers 45 minutes high intensity cardio Today: B - Pure Protein Shake L - small bowl of chicken tortilla Soup from Islands S - went to costco - sampled this grilled chicken - very good and lean...of course I bought a pack D - egg whites and steamed spinach - strange craving for dinner 30 minute cardio I am hungry and will probably have a snack - probably a pudding - 60 calorie...

S - picked as I made dinner - tiny bit of tortilla, bite of corn and bell pepper, sprinkle of cheese D - Enchilada casserole (tortilla, enchilada sauce, pinto Beans, roasted corn and bell peppers, LF cheese, seasoned ground beef) about 3/4 cup, slice of avocado S - SF/FF hot chocolate made w/water, bit of decaf and splash of milk, 1 point Weight Watcher Peanut Butter bliss bar - YUMMY. 35 minute intense cardio - approx 350 calories

    Today: B - pure protein shake L - 1 cup of beans & 60 cal pudding S - 12 fiber one crackers and 1 oz LF cheese (200 cal) D - 1/3 cup cashew chicken S - 60 cal pudding and 1 point ww peanut butter bar Approx - 650 - 700 calories - went walking and did A LOT of chasing kids today KC - Have a FANTASTIC time in Hawaii!!!     Been MIA....I had very little restriction and was eating all kinds of crap...did work out but still gained 2 lbs. Dr. got me in today and gave me a small fill...hopefully I will have some restriction. Not much today since it was a fill day: B - nothing L - pure protein shake D - pure protein shake work out for 30 minutes - high intensity
