I had gastric bypass July 12th 2022 I am 6 months po for the last few months I've really been struggling with old eating habits . Sweets breads Pasta . Pretty much emotional eating and I'm scared . Please no bashing me I need help I want to succeed in my journey has anyone fel off the wagon but got back on and was able to Jumpstart there weightloss again and meet there goal .
