Feel I'm like i'm overdoing it..

Post - 4 weeks today. Able to eat just about anything, I haven't had any issues holding down any food. Except Orange Juice, but stomach instantly said NO. However I think I"m "overeating" meaning that I get to the point where my stomach is hurting before I stop eating. Am I doing too much? I guess I don't know how to "stop" eating before I get to the point where I'm like UGHGHGH my stomachhhhhh.. for the next 20 minutes. Any suggestions are welcome!
