My surgery is also on Monday. My biggest fear is waking up from surgery and the doctor saying “ sorry, couldn’t do it, you failed”. I didn’t lose weight yesterday on my pre op diet and obsessively reviewed my log. I haven’t gone over 1000 cal or 50 carbs at all. Also, nervous for surgery!!!

I’m scheduled for GS on 8/8. Not nervous. I find myself super hungry in the afternoons. I tried changing my usual shake for string cheese and an egg today. Any tips ?
