I’m rooting for everyone! I start the liquid diet 7/4 and I’m concerned about how to maintain it. I can only do liquids, broths, shakes, jello, popsicles, etc and nervous that I will mess up. What advice do you all have for sticking to it and not messing up even when mentally it’s super hard. -

Hey y’all! New here…surgery is 7/18 and I’m getting nervous as I start the pre-op diet MONDAY!!! Im nervous it will be excruciating and/or I won’t be mentally strong enough. When do you all start your pre-op diet?
