I get that too and the klickidy klaks on the knees? Sometimes I think am I going to get a cramp while I'm swimming 🙁 I'm really hoping to go shopping without the back and knee pains that I suffer every time I'm out😊🙏🙏

Hi Janet, Unfortunately here in Australia if you select to go on the public health systems elective surgery waiting list its free! BUT you have to be willing to wait 4/5 years. I waited 5 years and just when my name came up, bang! covid hit the scene, so had another 2 and half years added to the wait time,you can imagine my excitement risen so high and then comes crashing down twice. I'm too a pasta person and pataoes oh my lol but my number one go-to had always been crusty bread and butter on top with coffee lol hence why I reached my peak at 240lbs lol Well it's never too late for anything I'm still grateful for our public health system for providing free surgeries for it's citizens (although it's a fair wait lol) Thank you 🙏 And best of luck to you too🙏🙏
