  1. I'm almost 3 months out and I could eat the whole bagel and probably more. The only time I get restriction is when I have to sip on water with a meal. I hate that I no longer have restriction
  2. How long did it take for your blood sugar to go below 100 at morning fasting? I had my blood work done today. My regular dr is also testing me for the antibodies to see if I could be type 1 diabetic because autoimmune runs in my family. (My mom got type 1 at 75 years old just last year) my sugar is still running around 150 in the mornings. I'm keeping positive thoughts that it is just type 2 and will eventually go down to a normal level.

    I've been weighing everything that doesn't come prepackaged with a label. I do get restrictions but not today. So I usually know when to stop. Or I get the hiccups 🤷🏼‍♀️ I've been sticking to my plan except for today and some yesterday. I haven't lost much but I am losing inches. Oh im 6 weeks post op

    Im so disappointed in myself. I have been craving foods that aren't good for you. Up until the last couple of days. I have been able to fight it off. But today I have eaten all day long. My food choices are not as bad as they were before WLS (most everything has Protein in it). but I can't believe I have eaten so much. Today I've eaten : breakfast: Greek yogurt w/ protein granola. Snacks all day 🤦‍♀️ (unknown amounts) I've gone back several times for a handful of granola and bbq Pork rinds lunch 4oz of honey baked ham and 2oz of mashed potatoes supper Greek yogurt w/ protein granola I never got any restriction feeling but I am so miserable now! I know tomorrow is a new day but I worry I've gotten the taste of junk and I'll release to my old ways

    Self pay- insurance doesn’t cover WLS

    I was self pay. I live in KY but had my surgery in TN. (Only a hour and 45 mins drive) I had zero problems. My plan even covered complications up to $25000 for 90 days after surgery.

    Yes they are too sweet. I've tried it with coffee but right now I don't drink a lot of coffee. I guess I just don't enjoy it anymore 🤷🏼‍♀️

    I'm struggling losing weight

    I didn't lose before surgery. So my total weight loss has been 17lbs. I'm like you. Gain a pound then lose it. I've never been an over eater. But I thought with me not eating a lot of carbs and no sugar. I would lose more then I have so far. It's just so frustrating.

    I've lost inches. I can tell in my upper body. Ive not lost as much in the lower half.
  13. I know y'all are probably tired if seeing my post lol. But I'm struggling at losing weight. It's been 5 weeks since my surgery and I haven't lost anything in 3 weeks. My dr said it's sluggish. I'm going to call my nutritionist but not sure how much help she will be. I'm not cheating at all. I'm completely on the plan. I thought maybe it was my protein. (Not getting enough). But even with getting 60g or more. I still haven't lost. What's going on with me 😭😭😭. I'm still under 600 calories. Geez how can I not be losing on eating 600 calories or less. I need to get this figured out.
