Hersheys makes zero sugar chocolate if you are the type that will be satisfied with just a small amount (Walmart) Or also Quest makes candy bites that are expensive but they satisfy chocolate craving and they have Protein in them at least (target and Amazon).

It’s my 6 month surgery anniversary… I can’t believe it’s already been half a year into this new me. This surgery has changed (and saved!) my life so much, I never thought I’d see the physical change in myself (we’re our own worst critics), but when I look at these photos… I am so damn proud of myself because I SEE where -70lbs has gone!

I am 5'6" and weighed in at 214 on the day of my sugery 2 1/2 weeks ago. I, too, was skinnier when I was younger. Over the past 5 years or so, I gained weight and could NOT lose any weight no matter what I tried.

After the gastric sleeve 2 1/2 weeks ago, I am already down to 198. This is such a gift! It's not easy, but it's so worth it. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
