I have a closet full of nearly brand new clothes i have had for years and years that i havent been able to wear for about 6 years now. I am excited to be able to wear them once i loose the weight. -

Always interesting to see the different pre op diets people get... I am on day 11 of 14 of my preop diet and i am allowed sugar stuff. Literally just finisheda smores pudding lol. -
That is exactly where i wanted to go to do my sleeve was at the Endohospital with Dr Alverez. Dude has a very nice youtube channel. Currently reading his book. Good luck!!

Awesome. glad to see a actual guy on here and their results. But yea everyone goes into a stall. But keep working on it and you will continue to loose some weight.

Ive been curious if the hospital records the surgery from the laparoscopic cameras and if i could get a copy... Anyone ever gotten a copy of their footage? I just want to see what it looks like inside me lmao.

For those that had a hiatal hernia, Did you know before surgery or was it found out during surgery? Ive been curious on it because for the last year or so i have had center chest pain (very top of my stomach) and wondering if that could be it. Shall see if the surgeon finds anything in 9 days. thats one thing i forgot to ask about. as for this pre op diet... Day 6 is almost done and the hunger has subsided and its getting easier.

It gets easier after about 4-5 days. I am on day 10 of 14 of my pre op diet. but if you got unhealthy stuff at home, get rid of it. Its too much temptation lol. and keep busy so you are not thinking about food.

So today i had my pre op anesthesiology appointment today and they weighed me there and i weighed 306. vs when i started the pre op diet on April 4th i weighed 317lb. Not bad at all. The nurse was impressed lol.

My hospital has the same ones. I once had to stay for 3 days before for something unrelated and that thing drove me nuts. So after the 1st night i went ahead and unplugged it from the wall. which set off some alarms lol. But they let me leave it unplugged. -

Your first surgery was a band? then you revised it to what in 2017? and you just had bypass a few weeks ago? Are you sticking to the program? Following the diets and such? But you are just out of surgery and healing. Some people are slower than others and some loose a ton of weight quick. But as long as you stick to it and follow your programs diets and recommendation you will loose the weight. -

Yea that is odd. I always thought gastric bypass eliminates it since the esophagus is no longer connected to the stomach where the acid is produced. -

yea so those HMR shakes i got from the bariatric center, SUCK... I have maybe used 5 packets. I been using fairlife without issue and they taste great. I add some flavoring syrup to them sometimes to mix it up like caramel, Smores ect.. -

You are fine. Get back on the pre op diet and stick to it. I am on my day 9 of my pre op diet and on my day 6 i had a couple extra items i knew i shouldnt have. But yea just get back on the diet and you will be fine.
