Good luck [emoji1360] [emoji176]. I think I will start my pre op diet early too this sounds good. I'll start replacing a meal or two with shakes. Thanks for the idea.

I finished all my pre op testing a month ago and got approved. I don't go to my Pre Op appointment till Dec 13th. So who knows when my surgery date will be. My Doctor is so busy. I started everything back in June of this year.
