I understand. I started at 322. Now at 232. 90 lbs gone. I struggle with mental side of it too. Its hard. But, I want to say. You are doing awesome. It's a lifetime journey. Not a weekend trip. Look at the bigger picture and try to stay focused on the accomplishments you've made. And set goals to stay on track. I still have about 40lbs to go. So this is some of the things I'm doing as well.

Congratulations! Please keep us updated. My doctor said to wait, a year to 18 months. But, I know of many having successful pregnancies earlier than that.

Is anyone else not able to eat the same thing multiple days in a row? If I do I typically feel sick or like it's stuck in my throat. Anyone else???? Tia
