3weeks post op feeling like I am failing Help!!

I am 3 weeks post op and I lost about 30 pounds in the last week. I haven't lost any weight and I have a hard time eating food, especially getting protein in. Did anybody else have issues? I am Really discouraged? My rheumatoid arthritis is flaring up so bad walking is killing me and I am starting to regret my choices.
